NCIS’ Producers Would Welcome A Spin-Off for ‘Abby Sciuto’ as Well

Amy Reisenbach and David Stapf are open to a spin-off for Abby Sciuto from “NCIS.” They see potential in exploring the beloved character further in a limited series. Stapf initially joked about the idea but now finds it compelling enough to consider greenlighting.

While there is no specific plan and no news from Pauley Perrette, who played Abby, Reisenbach and Stapf are enthusiastic about the notion. Despite Perrette’s past declarations about not returning to “NCIS,” an Abby-centric series may not need Mark Harmon’s involvement, leaving the character’s future undetermined but full of possibilities.
